OP Answer The Phones Member Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 58 UK	I have been guided by a friend to the issue. I was rerouting to the AA using a nametag huntgroup. This was causing the call to come back to the AA. Once the huntgroup type was set to 'Voice' the issue went away. Answer The Phones Telephone Engineer UK
