He got scared but for no reason. Installing a small key is not rocket science I think anyone that can use a screwdriver and web browser could install and program the TransTel TDS system. Now if they want to use VoIP or SIP trunks it can get complicated but plugging a digital phone system into copper lines is pretty easy and does not require an engineer.
