TDA-50 version 3 with TVA-50. Trying to have transferred CO calls CFNA to voicemail, without the annoying blinking FWD light on each phone. Tried doing it by setting extension intercept to 500, but this seemed to only work with incoming CO calls, not transferred calls. So I set the transfer recall destination to 500 for every phone with a mailbox, set intercept no answer timer to 20s, CFNA to 18s, and transfer recall to 18s. No dice, calls just return to the extension that transferred them. Made sure each extension had the appropriate mailbox number in the "Programmed Mailbox No." column. Still no luck. What am I missing?

trans recall should be longer than Intercept timer.
Ext w/o mailbox goes to vm or operator depending night / day or other needs, or none then trans recall will take it.

And when TVA is doing transfer (if supervised) the TVA No Answer
timer also needs to be longer then Intercept.
