Thank you Derrick, you are the man!
After a little trial and error, I was able to make the bosses phone pick up after four rings and transfer to his voice mail.
My vendor could not figure it out after 4 hours of trying, and wanted upwards of $200/hour to come back and try again.
You saved a small government agency a lot of money.
