CIX100 Dialing 9 grabs a pots line. For example
If I dial 9+16105551212 the call goes out on line 7. Dialing 1 + the number works
If I dial 96105551212 the system grabs line 7 and says your call can not be completed as dialed. I think it is dialing 9610555121 it's not registering the last digit 2.
If I manually select line 7 on the phone I can dial with 1 and with out 1
