Jeff, looks like the tool from Jameco is the same one I got from Oldphoneshop. Price from Jameco is better, but I didn't go far enough to see if the shipping charges were different. The money it'll save me has already paid for it. I wish I had a set of these 20 years ago when I was fiddling around with serial cables and other D-sub connectors. Man, I hated making those up, right up there with putting 8P8C's on stranded cat5. (Sometimes you just have to get yourself out of a bind...) I've yet to try the EZ connectors. I have so many of the regular ones that I'll never have to buy another one as long as I live.
