Hi all. we have a sip trunk and want line buttons instead of PARK CALL.
sip trunk have 5 channels & ILG-OLG1. I had ILG-OLG 2-3, and 2 new DID with GCO 2-3. in sip trunk, i assign ILG-OLG 2-3, with one SipTrunk channel each. i program the DID , dial digit to ext 221. not working, button 2-3 on the phone not ringing. the inbound calls direct to the new DID, goes the the main voice mail.
why?

the main office sip trunk number goes to VM.
any clue?
thanks

Is there a reason you created multiple ILG and OLG for one SIP trunk? You should be able to use your GCO keys while still only using a single ILG and OLG for the SIP trunks. I would suggest only using 1 ILG/OLG for the SIP trunk. Use the GCO index to separate the channels.
