NTAC didn't give me much, but then again they didn't think it was a big deal either. It was set for generic sip, and as I recall, I did have to create a profile(?) for it. Trunks had to be set for DID and a translation table had to be created just like a PRI. You also have to consider changing the trunk group and feature keys as needed. This was my one and only TW SIP job and there was a learning curve from both TW and me. TW didn't seem to understand the DSX was a key system, not a PBX and because of that there limits as to what can be programmed ( if that makes any sense).
