Customer has several wireless headsets, of various brands, used with their previous system. Most work ok with their new SV 9100 system. Phones are DTZ-24D-3.
One headset sounds noisy, static-like, to the calling party. User hears it only if he turns up the volume. It's a Jabra model, about a year old, that connects to his desk phone, and blue-tooth to his cell. I know it's not the recommended Plantronics model. I've adjusted the controls on the bottom of the headset base, but can't get rid of the static.
Any ideas other than to toss it and get a Plantronics? Not using the EHS adapter. Maybe that would help?
Thanks. Jim
