One of the phones (grey IWATSU IX-12KTD-2) in the office had to be moved, in the process after it had been set up, the multipurpose button for that extension has been stuck blinking rapidly. To everyone else in the office her line looks as if it is on Hold/DND and sales calls are not directed to her extension. When the handset is in or out of the cradle the Hold/DND button is not lit. I found a thread that sort of poses the same problem I'm having: IWATSU: Blinking Light !Any help would be greatly appreciated!
