That's a tough situation, and there are lots of things to go wrong. I suggest you try these steps: - Verify that the server has the extension number and password that you think it does.
- Check the server logs and verify that the SPA-112 is getting packets into the server.
- Check that the SPA-112 has an IP address in the same subnet as the VoIP server. Put the IP address, Gateway, and Subnet Mask in manually, and put them both on the same Ethernet switch if there's any doubt about connectivity.
- Ask every SPA-112 user you can find if they have connected an SPA-112 to the same type of server you use, and get their config files!
