We have an 800 number with the auto attendant asking you to press a number for a certain dept.. then we need the call routed to two different extension numbers. Two issues, the first is, How do I forward the call to two different extensions,and the second is, We need to update what the message is saying to the caller so they press the correct number, how can we find what the extension number is for the 800 number? We're using Inter-Tel 7.006 DB Studio 1.51
