the thing is that i don't get abandon numbers because the report(calls completed by extension) (and i put in the hunt group number) shows calls are being answered by the two CRAs that are programmed for that hunt group. These are the only two CRAs that show up as "call answered" when I run the report. Other hunt groups with different CRA programing do not show that. So I was trying to delete those two CRAs from the Data Manager to maybe make the phone system see that it is supposed to consider them as "not answered" but it still does it even thought the options are checked correctly.
