Hey guys, I have a customer who has trouble dialling 1-800 numbers. This problem just started happening when one of their trunk providers stopped providing 1-800 access. I have now routed calls thru another T-1 which has 1-800 access, yet when dialling over that trunk group, I get the message "you have dialled a number to which long distance charges apply, please dial the digit 1 and then your number". This makes no sense to me, as I am using the same ars entry, just changed route-patterns. Below is a list trace if it helps. BTW I already tried inserting a 1 in the route-pattern to no success.
