I had a big fight with Comcast.
I won and they fixed it.
Customer complained to me and Comcast.
EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL THEY SWITCHED TO COMCAST.
FINALLY THEY HAD THE RIGHT GUY.
WE CAN SWITCH the loop to 23MA.
I said please do it.
The problem went away.
