I know there are full blown emergency phones out there, but of course this customer doesn't want to go to that expense. Really can't blame them as it's a small convenience store. So my question. Are there any plain ol' phones out there that have no dial pad and you can program to just dial 911 with one touch or off hook dialing, or disable the dial pad with the same end results? Thanks in advance.

You could use a Viking K-1900 dialer with any phone , have you looked at the Viking K-1900W-2 or K-1900D-2 ring down phone not very expensive for what you get.
For fax back doc call 715-386-4345
dialer= doc.# 315
phone= doc.# 360

Also most systems you can set up a House phone that dials any number programmed, of course I do not know if this store has a system.

There's a company called Scitec out there that I'm sure makes an emergency phone, no dial pad, and it's RED, so everyone knows what it's for. As far as I know there pretty inexpensive as well.

Thanks all I've done some pricing on the viking stuff and now just waiting for the customer to tell me how he wants to go. Thanks for getting me pointed in the right direction.
