Working with Mitel 200SX Light. Customer wants guests to be able to set their own wake up calls--it had been done only by calling the attendant and then the attendant would do it on the console.
I see in an EL/ML Attendant guide that I have-- "a guest can cancel a wake-up call that you set and vice-versa". (page 58) Also--"The system does not distinguish whether a wake-up call is set, changed, or canceled from the attendant console or guest room telephone."
Can the same be done on a SX200 light??
Must I give a code number to "Automatic Wakup" (32) in Form 02? or is that not what I'm looking for? Any help appreciated.

That's it. Just give it an access code, like 69. The customer just dials that from the room, then enters wake-up time in military time.

You can also install a voicemail and have them do it through the voicemail.
