Interesting problem. I cannot get a RAD greeting to play on wake-up. 134 is enabled in form 4. I have the greeting recorded and the RAD group configured with the correct greeting in position 1 and to play one time. Hunt group is set to circular and configured with the correct greeting set under options in the hunt group. It routed to the correct hunt group in form 19. I tried changing the Greeting number in the RAD set just in case, but did not work. I pretty much have it set up according to manual but still the wakeup call will ring but the greeting does not play. BTW I also have the ports in COS with only "Flash disable" enabled per manual.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Hunt group type is set to "recording"? What happens if you call the hunt group directly? What happens if you call the port directly?

the greeting is there in the system and it is assigned to to rad group and that is assigned to the hunt group but when I dial the hunt group number or individual extensions I don't get the recording. What am I missing???

Which port number are you using? Is it a valid port based on your licensing and/or dsp configuration?

Well interesting that you should ask that since I was just coming back to tell y'all what I had found out. I had thought that the additional DSP had been installed it had not so I was using a port (which shows up in programming and rings) but was not active. Once I determined that it was an easy fix - thanks
