I wish to give a shout out to all that have been so kind in giving me assistance with my system.
I have gained a good bit of knowledge over the last few days working with several people and my system.
My system as I now understand it is a Mitel SX-200 El/ML system with PRI.
I have complete access into the console and Maint port. I need to complete a backup should something happen with the system, a Tech would be able to re-configure the system again.
Front Door Ringer -
We have a call box next to the front door which rings several extensions. Looking at the front of the cabinent while dialing the extension, several ports light up (dang near every port on the 8 cards)
Dane and I are currently trying to locate where in the system the front door might be calling. I need to remove just one extension from the call list.
It does not appear that the system was setup as some Telephony Installers would, so there is some searching needed.

a quick check if the cos has manual line enabled would be in the tenant of the door extension
