Is record-a-call feature available on the 5550 IP console? I checked help docs on the 3300 but unfortunately our 3300s have older software so the list of supported sets are outdated.

from everything i have read and researched it is not an available feature on the 5550 ip console.

The record a call is available on phone : 5010 IP Phone, 5207 IP Phone, 5212 IP Phone, 5215 IP Phone, 5215 IP Phone (Dual Mode), and OpenPhone 27, 5020 IP Phone, 5220 IP Phone and 5220 IP Phone (Dual Mode), 5330 IP Phone, 5340 IP Phone, 5235 IP Phone, Navigator, and 5560 IPT, 5224 IP Phone, 5140 IP Phone and 5240 IP Phone, SpectraLink Wireless Phones
