Hello,
I have an ICP 3300 8.0 UR4 with embedded voicemail.
It has been setup to fwd voice mail to email for some time now, and had been working fine. It stopped working after we changed the IP address and name on the MS Exchange server. I made the IP address change in "System Options Assignment".
I get these errors.
Source: VPIM- CSMTPClientMsg::ProcessResult - Failed sending Voice Mail to Email: From Vpim: To Mailbox: 7816 To Domain:
[email protected] File Name: N_V49acf74f.08c.
Source: VPIM- CSMTPClientMsg::ProcessResult - Look into SOCKET error number <786434> <0> bytes transferred
I've Googled the errors, but am not having much luck.
I've followed the "Connecting an Email Server" directions in "Help" to see if there are changes elsewhere to make, and have double checked all of the settings it references.
However, it instructs me to go to the "Networked Voice Mail Server" form and program an entry for the email server. I don't remember having to do this in the past, but I tried it anyway and the instructions don't make sense for adding anything that is not an ICP.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Swoby
