Hi,
SX-200 ICP
This shouldnt be too hard:
I have a superset 4025 with the extension of 3481. I want to program one of the superkey's so the user can press this key when she steps away to have calls forward to another extension, 3777.
Is this a CALL FW or DND function? Ideally the superkey button will be lit up when the calls are to be forwarded and vice versa.
Would this be done via form 09 > expand set ...?
Thanks for any guidance

It is a fwd function & you can do it from the superkey, it will not light up though. You could program a button as a speed dial & input the access code plus the extension number to fwd to. I don't think that will light up either. Hope this helps. There also might be another way, this is the way I know. Hope this helps.

Through the Superkey you can program one of the user keys as a Forward Always feature key then program the Call Forward Always destination. Whenever you press the feature key it will light up to let you know it is active. Press it again to turn it off.
