I am getting a SIP error message on our mitel system as follows:
-01:017- 09:55 04-12 M6127 WRN EG CP SIP - initial_sis_t::sip_invite cp_dest_id is NULL
The 5000 is sending a 404 error back to the provider basically saying the incoming number is not found. Does anyone know what field in the SIP header the 5000 is looking for (and not finding)?

I found this is happens when a DID is not routed. I was sending in a 4 digit DID that was the same as an extension I wanted to reach.
Calling in for 2000 requires a routing table map to internal extension 2000. The 5000 will not handle that by default but needs the mapping...
