Has anyone seen this error or one similar? If so do you know what it means? Had a system drop the LAN connection after a number of these errors plus losing synch and the D channel from the embedded PRI and I am trying to determine the cause. It's an MXeII and it didn't reboot but just dropped the LAN connection.

Received bad info from customer... NIC didn't go down but the embedded PRI did and after checking logs found the Telco was to blame. I also was told that the Table 198 is from the IPXnet form and found someone has been playing in the networking forms to set up a cluster even though this is a stand-alone system. Fingers were slapped and programming removed.

@mingo.... Unfortunately, the customer is a corporate Mitel account and other "technicians" were sent after we installed the system and did original programming. We were called occasionally until the customer has finally requested us only. Other "technicians" told the customer how it was going to be programmed without asking the customer how they wanted the phone system to work.... One guy spent 6 hours on-site to resolve an issue and ended up leaving without a resolution. The customer asked if the tech should call Tech Support and was told " that will be a waste of time and I know more about this system than they do anyway". Evidently not since I was called next and fixed the problem without involving TS.
