I have a Nitsuko phone system, which accidentally got unplugged and random buttons got pressed. it now says system start-up in progress, and has said that for half a day. all our phones are down, and how can i fix it. i'm presuming it's a problem with the phone rather than the line, cos the internet still works, and it all runs off the same server. Some nice simple help would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Power down the phone system and give it a couple of min then power it back up. Hopefully it will come up.

Yes the message comes on but goes away once it's up and running, are you unplugging the unit itself or just the telephone sets, when I say power down I mean the telephone unit (KSU) not the phones. If that is indeed what you are doing and all it does is go to start up then you have a serious problem and need to get a tech out there.

You don't need to leave it over night , give it about 10 min and fire it up.

I am having the same symptoms on a New phone and line. And on an old (working) phone and the new line. What did you do to get it to work?
