1 825 is for the BGM(internal background music). I want to switch on the EXMOH(external music on hold). Thanks for the reply.

There are couple things you have to do/program to get MOH to work. There is a jumper on the main CPU and there are a couple programming things you have to take care of for the trunks. YOu will need to get a hardware and software manual and follow the flowcharts.
