I have to replace a Vangard Voice mail on a 124I. I can get into the programming with Hyperterm. Do I need to find Hostkey to be able to fully program and backup the system? Thanks

Yes, you need the hostkey program. Hyperterminal will do you no good backing up or restoring, its only good for programming and troubleshooting. Along with Hostkey, you need a DOS or Windows 98 laptop with a floppy drive with which to boot from with Hostkey
