look at what table you have set up. That should tell you which greeting you are using. Greeting is different from the ccr. Your greeting answers the call and if your ccr is enable then the home/menu recording of the ccr will follow.

Thanks for the reply,

When I went to build - for tree 1, it allowed me to rec. a ccr greeting, it works.
but still cant change that greeting.
the main AA gretting can be changed, but when you press 1 to go to a sub/tree it plays the greeting that I put in there and I cant find it , anywhere? It still works though.
And I dont have my copy of the install/ coordinator manuals, going by what I remember.
its been 2 years since I put one of these in.
Do I have to delete the tree and re-build it to record the sub-menu greeting.

They say this happens with age!

you have to build a new tree to record the home menu. yes it sucks. for a reference point though. always save your ccr tree when you have it the way you like it as tree 1 and tree 2. you will thank me and your customer will thank you when it comes to making changes because you won't have to disable the ccr tree to record. just go to tree 2 which is already disabled and record your changes. then go under table 1 and activate tree 2. you'll find this to be a faster and easier trick in the future. sorry about the home menu though.

Sounds lke a great idea,
as long as they are only using The first Tree.
How do you delete the tree?

disable the ccr tree, go into the ccr admin, choose which ccr tree that you want to change. hit change, 0 is the recording

The Home menu greeting you were talking about is Path "0" that is where the greeting you are trying to change probably is.
