Hi to all!
I am a very low (if any at all) skillset on Nortel. I am the IT guy for a small company, and we have a Norstar with CallPilot as our telephone system. We had it installed by an outside vendor, and now that they are gone I am placed in the role of admin.
We have just discovered that there is an issue with an extension. When dialed internally, it rings on the correct set; however, when it is called from 'outside' it rings on the wrong set. The numbers are close, 4007 & 4097, so I'm thinking (hoping?) something was transposed in setup. Also, the line in question (4007) is going to a PolyComm phone, and is (I think) an analog line.
If this is something that can be corrected in the web tool, please advise.
Thanks in advance.

You will have to go into the call pilot programming either via the web browser interface or through the phone F983 and change the ext for the mailbox. It's probably a typo in that field.
