I was wondering if anyone can give over the phone tech support on setting up the PRI in an MICS 6.1? If someone gets this message by 2:15pm EST they can call me at 330-608-6343 and advise because I am on site and barely treading water. Thanks for the help!

Well, I would once again like to the people responsible for this forum being as awesome as it is. Thanks to the operators and thanks to the members. I was on a customers site (a call center no less)with an MICS 6.1 where the battery had gone bad and the UPS unit had run out after a breaker tripped overnight. Needless to say, NONE of the programming was left in the system. Most of the DN's were default after using the startup codes, but I had no clue as to the PRI that was in it, we didn't install system and had no reason to mess with it. I posted my above plea on here and had someone on the phone who was able to walk me through it WITHIN 15 MINUTES!! I was slightly off on my "best guess" and was given the proper info to correct my errors and the DID's started ringing in. THANKS once again to all. Oh, and rich30529, PM sent, appreciate it and hope it can be kept for future use.

whenever I do a PRI or call pilot with codes...I take a lable maker and put the sys ID and PRI codes, or the call pilot software keys on the inside cover. Saves a lot of looking when something goes wrong.
