Hi! I have a problem with my BCM 400. recently, I left the system running and everything was OK before my vacation. But when we resume work in our company, my bcm is not working anymore. my problem now is that I cannot access the system thru element manager, but I can only access it thru web base to get documentation and installer only. when I plugged a phone, it will only give out moderate flashing light and then after a few moments, it will give out quick flashing light. for the LED lights, everything is green except for two of them, nortel logo and HDD. one thing I notice also is the lights on the MBM's, both LED is green, after a few moments it will make a sound and then the second LED on the right will turn red. it seems like the system is like restarting itself. does anyone had this problem before? Please help me on this problem, I really don't know what I will do to resolve this problem.

sorry, I forgot to ask in the first post. since I cannot log-in to the system via element manager, is there anyway that I can restore it in factory default? I tried the reset button but it just restart my system.
