I have a customer who access to the admin (feature 983) on a 2 port Nortel Flash voicemail. They gave the information to someone who didn't have a good handle on what they were doing and they can no longer get in to manage mailboxes...(i beleive they changed the password, the default password and the password they used does not work) is there a second or maintance password or will the system have to be defaulted? And if we have to default the system what will be involved, what steps will i have to take? Any guidence would be appreceated.
