Hi, I'm new to your site. I have installed a taw848 & tva50 with 2 incoming lines. I have line 1 sucessfully going to voicemail at a certain phone extension. I am having trouble getting line 2 to go to voicemail at a different extension, quite frankly I cannot get voice mail to pick up line 2 at all. Please help!

I don't understand the getting line 2 to pick.Can you tell me what you want the vm to do.

Thanks for your interest. I would like line 2 to transfer directly to an extension phone that has it's own custom greeting message for callers. I have line 1 set up to do this on a different extension. I am not sure if I have the setting(s) properly programmed in the taw848 and/or the tva50.

on line 2 use dil 1:1 for that ext and the set that ext mailbox accordingly.

Forgive my ignorance but I've confused myself at looking at the software windows for both the tva50 & taw848. Could you be more specific with your advice like referring to the 848 or the 50 and the tabs to select. I'm not sure what you mean by "use dil 1:1". Thanks for time and patience.
