TVS50 voicemail on KXTA824 and I need to get the calls that dial 3 for meat dept. to ring two differnt phones at the same time. and if busy no answer to go to mailbox for ext 106. the cordless telephone is on ext 105. any ideas thanks

Have you tried ring groups (its 192 on td not sure it wil work on 824 that way)to terminate and made a test call ? do both exts ring at once?
now set option 3 in custom dialing menu for lead ext 105 does it work then set ext 106 fwd b/na
to lead ext of voicemail if yes thats great ?if no then you may need the disa ogm card
and do dil 1:1 to disa set touchtone 3
to ring group 2 put exts 105&6 in group
2 and set ext 106 fwd b/na to voicemail lead
ext if that works great if not woops
