I have a TDA100 client who has one employee out of town alot. He forwards his extension to his cell phone when he's on the road. Calls come through the auto attendant or are transferred from a live attendant. He reports that after 10 to 15 minutes of a conversation the call starts to fade until he can no longer hear the other party. I suspect that it's the unattended conference call timer that is coming into play, but wondered if any one else has encountered this issue. I thought there was supposed to be an alert tone to indicate to the parties that time is running out. I know I can extend the timer if this is the issue, but need some feedback. TIA.

There is a pre-set timer for co-co that is 10 minutes but it will just cut the call off at the end of timer, it does not fade away. I had this problem with IP gateways that after 10 minutes it just drops the call no warning given.

This timer is the co-co timer not the unattended conference timer.

I'm checking timers and counters, but I don't see the CO-CO timer.

depends on software level, if you cant find it in timers then look in group trunk settings
