Just started a new job. No one here knows about programming the phones. Manuals are lost? The night ring is programmed to come on at 5:00 pm. They want it changed to activate at 6:00 pm. Is this something I can do, or do we need to find a "phone guy"? I have the password to get into the system.

first get yourself one of those heavy lead- lined vests (like the dentist puts on your chest when he has to x-ray your teeth) then go to your local firehouse and borrow one of those 6 foot crowbars. now back-up your heavy-duty Ford 4x4 to the window closest to the phone system and..... or you can call a local dealer.

Katydid57, you answered your own question with No one here knows about programming the phones It is main programming and you would be better off getting a tech in

K let me know how you made out those instructions
were tested before I pm posted and you should call
me and make sure you have all my contact info
so you have it when it's comes time fix or upgrade
