I have an Imagine Voicemail system Ver 400j I believe. Strange thing. It will sometimes have voicemail that has already been deleted come back on again!!! It also will notify of a message 1 to 3 hours after the call is made. Any suggestions? Our phone system is Telrad Digital Key BX 128

Delete all unwanted messages and exit by pressing F10, that will take it to DOS then power off give it a min or two and power back on to see if that helps.
Added: A defrag my also be in order.

You cant have a Imagen 4.00J. 4.00J was a software for IVM. This is a known issue with IVM 4.00J and can be upgraded to the last IVM software 4.01G. Being a DOS based system you can shut down the system and run scandisk and defrag to clean disk errors but also you need to delete old messages wait 15 mins and run scandiak and defrag. ------------------ ssimpson@oneringtelecom.com Need a Telrad Programmer Kit?
