I have a Telrad 400 switch and I was wondering if there is anyway I can get caller ID for an incoming call while I am on the other line? I do get it when I am not on the line and I get a call, but can this happen for a call while on another call?

Caller ID is trickey on the telrad system. I need your version of software I know on version six it's a problem on small disply's. OH you might just need a bigger display. Plus if your auto-attendant isn't config right it won't come up if until you answer the call. Is this the problem?
