I visited today a client with 128 version 7 using a voicemail E- MAGEN working on linuks.Have somebody an idea how to operate such a system.I need a user guide and some programming guidelines.

This is a E-magen system Voicemail. You need to program it through internet explorer. I don't have a manual.
You maght want to hire a Telrad Dealer for this project

I my self a TELRAD dealer and experienced installer,never met the LINOX based E-MAGEN. As i understood from TELRAD service they themselves are not too familiar with the system.Has anybody programmed such a system, so he will be able to give me some hints.

I program them all the time. This product has been out for many years now, Like 5 years now or even more. I'm not sure what Voicemail they are selling in Israel but here in the US there E-magen Linux base operating system, it can be a PC computer or built in on the IPEX or IPEX 2 Card.

When you say visited a client you mean someone else installed the system and voicemail? There is a learning curve with the EmaGen and the 10.3 version has many advantages over the 10.1 and 10.2 being alot more user friendly and installer friendly for that matter. 10.4 is due to be released here in the states sometime this year with several new features.
I can give you one bit of advice when a upgrade is available load it, if the system you visited is 10.2 get it updated.

Since you are a Telrad Dealer this information should be as close as the Dealers Only side of the web site.
The AppGen program you are talking about is used to modify the ImaGen voicemail not the EmaGen. The ImaGen has not been around here in the states for 6+ years. Not to say that there are not still plenty of them out there but as those ISA slot motherboards die we replace with the Emagen or the IPeX with on board EmaGen.
