I hate to be the bearer of bad news but i'm removing a toshiba system to install a nortel not sure the model yet but it has 96 sets. is there a quick way to get the port and extension on this system the administrator has acces to the system with her pc how can i pull a printout any help appreciated

I would guess a good start would be to find out which system it is :shrug:

On DK16e, DK40, DK40i, DK 280, DK 424 and DK 424i you put a display phone at the extension (if there is not one there) and dial [Intercom] # 4 0 2 and it will show the physical and logical ports.
I don't remember if [Intercom] 4 0 2 works on the older DKs or not but you could try if needed.
