What do you do when you have more then 25 phones that have to ring per call group?

I know you can put a one phantom on all the phones but then they complain their phone doesn't ring and they have to push the phantom key to answer the call.

If the PhDN doesn't ring, then you need to program it to ring in key assignment.

You can answer it but you have to push the phDN button it will only answer call when you lift the receiver for the phone the phantom is assigned to

Like I said, check the key assignments to make sure that the PhDN you programmed on the keystrips of each of the 30 phones is set for immediate ringing.

If the PhDN is in a MCG, only the owner of that PhDN will ring. If the phantom is called directly, or DID, or DIT,and not in a MCG, they should all ring.

Not sure if there is a maximum # of ringing phantoms.
