Hi all, first time poster here. Well, we dont support Toshiba phone systems at my company, but someone in sales decided to GIVE a customer a stratagy 2 port VM and install it for free. Its been a nightmare for me, but this forum has answered alot of questions, thanks. I have 2 issues left, and I an stuck. This is a dk40 with SMDI integration. I have 4 EXT's that the VM indicator lamp will not light on. I have checked programming numbers 31, 32*, 35, they match the ones that are working. Ive tried different phones on thoes EXT's and no light, but the phones on thoes EXT's do light the lamp when plugged into a different EXT. You can set the light manually ok, and I have used the log in the stratagy and used procomm to verify the codes are right, anything else that would stop the lamps from lighting? Second problem- I have had to return constantly to power cycle the stratagy. Everything forwards to VM fine after I POPO the VM, but every night SOMETHING happens around 5 that stops the forward to VM from working, and it stays that way. It will be wouking fine when I leave, but when I call in later that evening tha AA will send me to the right EXT, but when it tries to forward me to VM it tells me on the phone that was an invalid entry. Any ideas would help, thanks!

Just to double check. Did you go to each extn. an enter the ID Codes?

Int. #656 91 [extn] redial
Int. #657 92 [extn] redial

isint that only for dtmf? when I put thoes codes in, you have to enter your user ID when you push the lit VM lamp. I had them in at one time and it would not forward at all to VM.

I'd try the following:
1. Check program 13.
2. Check Notification templates for mailboxes.
3. Check Auto schedules for mailboxes.
4. Go to each phone and remove #656 and #657 codes.
