Greetings all,
I've got a copy of updated software for a client's IVP8 to hopefully alleviate some funky "talk-off" issue they're experiencing.
What I don't have is the actual steps necessary to complete the update.
Please advise.

Log in to the IVP8, do Alt T for Tools. There should be a selection for upgrade on that menu. Then just direct to the correct drive of the new software and hit enter. Just make sure that you have the correct software.
