ok im new school tech that has little old school know how! i installed a dk40i with exp and installed dk vm in slot 15? (bottom left in exp cab) i also have a bdku(pdku) rcou in top left, when vm is booting i can ring port but when the vm is up it gives me busy, i put an rstu in the slot and all is well in,out, light on light off :bang: . i could spend anymore time on the job so i put in an ivp8r1 and worked fine :confused: (after i had no hair left, is there a patch or something for those vm because i even upgraded it to 4.2(dst update)and still nothing, please let me know thanks!

sounds like a bad vm. When it boots up can you access it with SG admin? If you can, then there is a patch for SG/DK 3.1 systems to run in a DK40. That is on Toshiba's website. If the DK is below 3.1 it will have to be updated to R3.
