Customer is having a new PRI circuit put in for LD(in & out) , will I be able to send the 800# out as caller ID

You should be able to if the carrier allows you to override the BTN

Depends on the circuit. I have run into a lot of new PRIs, usually the Voice/Data package, as they are sometimnes called Smart voice or Flex PRI, that will only let you push out a DID on that circuit.
Typically that isn't a restriction they put up, but a limitation. Most of the communication behind the voice PRI is SIP.
Basically if you are connecting to an Adtran or a Cisco providing your PRI, then chances are not good you can push anything other then a DID out.

The 800 # I want to send out is a actuall DID on this circuit , can I set the 800 # to be the default number for this OLG

You can set the 800# to be the default number for the OLG, but it's up to the carrier or their equipment to actually allow it.
