I'm working an account that moved the station 10 phone and now even though it's punched down on the station port 1 it comes up as station 11. Needless to say I can't get into programing mode now. Any ideas on getting the port 1 back to Sta 10?

Sorry folks it's a 1224 system. The manual they gave me is for the 616 flex. But same ole problem.

I'm showing that to be on pair 18 which would be yellow/green.
If it's on the right pair then I'd change the amp cable.
My mistake, I'm looking at the DHS
