Anyone using this feature? Pros / cons. What are you using for ran announcements. Manual says eithe digital voicemail Talkpath??, Inskin harddrive or Flash ran mailbox.
What ratio of co lines to agents, looking at this for a medical office with perhaps 7 or 8 doctors.

Thanks

I use it at several site with both the talk path and the InSkin Flash. Works well as long as the end user understands how it works. I use it in several doctors offices as well as parts depot site.

Yep, used it too, works well. You may want to consider using the Inskin HDD VM instead of the flash. You'll have a little more flexibility.

I can't help you on a ratio of agents to lines. The number of CO lines would depend on the rest of the practice as well and what they are doing. How many phones total?

Are they going to have a dedicated appointment takers and/or operators, or are they going to be doing other office work as well? Most of our doctor office customers seem to work better with a hunt group for this type of scenario because the staff tends to be doing other things as well. With a all-ring hunt group, they don't have to worry about logging in/out or timing out.

Actually, there's really no comparison between the Flash VM vs. the Hard Drive. The FLASH is little more than a glorified answering machine while the HARD DRIVE will do everything the full PC PATHFINDER will do. The difference is night and day. I would recommend spending the extra money on the HD voice mail if they need the features.
