Hi all,
This forum has been very helpful.
Here are some questions we are dealing with in our office. Any help is appreciated.

1. When dialing out, the dialing takes about 10 seconds to dial out. When you push the number keys they slowly appear in the window. Any idea what happened?

2. How do we make a specific phone ring or not ring?

3. In voicemail, people leaving recordings cut off at about a minute I believe. How do we extend the recording allowance time?

Thanks!!
Eric

My guess for #1 would be that the line programming may have gotten set for pulse dialing instead of tone, but that's just a guess.

This problem, along with the other questions that you have asked are going to require the services of a technician with a laptop.

All of these are relatively simple modifications for a technician, so you shouldn't be looking at a large sum of money to adjust the system.

Is there not a function or flash key to change the pulse to tone dialing? The rest I understand calling out a tech.
Thanks Ed,
Eric

I found the function Ed in my manual Ed. Just down to having a phone ring or not and extending the time on an incoming voice mail. Sounds like a call to a tech is in order like you said.
