I have a customer who is having major issues with their STS voicemail (in skin). I have not been on site to verify the issue yet.

Everyday they need to reboot the system at least twice to have access to voice mail. After a reboot, it works fine for a few hours. No complaints of other programming vanishing, just the ability to check and leave messages goes away.

This system is about 3 years old and was not purchased from us. It is an STS and not an STSe.

Any advice? I've read many threads about the battery going bad. Could that be the possible issue? Or maybe it's just a bad in skin module?

I would default the flash and reprogram. It will not take very long and it could solve your problem.

If the Flash VM is not defaulted upon installation, you can run into some strange problems done the road.

I agree with the defaulting of the flash vm and reprogram. We had a similar problem recently and with that done, we have not had the problem yet. But then again, I have probably just jinxed us by saying this!! frown

Vodavi tech support will probably say that same thing...default it and start over!! :confused:
