Any of you that have kids know that some days they are disappointing, but on the other hand there a days that make you proud. My daughter has been working me for about a year. She signed up for the Network Tech apprenticeship. Yesterday she started school for her first year of school at NAIT. It was 20 years I ago that I was in the same situation. I didn't know how much I will miss the help. It is going to be a LONG six weeks. I have been busy out here.

I think that is great news! I know it will be tough, but remember that you will always make sacrifices for your kids. She'll come out much further ahead because of your support. Remember that one day, she will be shopping for your nursing home, so wish her well or else.
Six weeks is nothing in the grand scheme of things. You've made it this far. You'll be fine. Focus your energy on being proud of your daughter. Busy is nice, but family is more important.
